Snow-Bunnii or Snow-Bunniintendo, Is about the sirens' skeletal anatomy. Was it always like this? Cause it will be more interesting on how their tail can bend/flex very easily with a joint bone.
Does it need to be remade or rebirth? Most aquatic species I knew didn't have any joints or some leg bones (Unless they are in human form.)

yes, the reason they have that extra joint exists for them where the femurs are, is so their tail splits into legs when changing into human form. :3 it then fuses back together when going back to their aquatic form to allow for better swimming. hope that makes sense!

Half of it were, so the femur were elastic and flexible when in aquatic form?

yeah, the bottom half of them past their hips are more malleable in their aquatic form than their land form it hardens to support weight when it splits!

i drew a half shot of a siren (did i say that correctly?) and that siren is a male. where would i put it?
It depends on which form he is in. If he's underwater and supposed to be in siren form then it goes in the "Siren Form" folder even if the tail isn't necessarily showing. If he's on land then it goes in the "Human Form" folder.
